Welcome to Trento's Martial Arts and Fitness Center!
We are committed to providing the highest quality in martial arts training and fitness instruction. Our martial arts and fitness programs are traditional and sport Taekwondo, Israeli Haganah, Battle Ready Kicboxing, and Muay Thai, taught by Master Andrew Trento. Each program has been specifically designed to help our students of all ages to reach their highest potential physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. TMAFC has created a positive and safe environment for our members to achieve all their personal goals. We are currently located in Ridgewood, New Jersey, with easy access to all major highways in Bergen County.

CLOSED FOR THANKSGIVING WEEKEND

TMAFC will be closed from Thanksgiving Day, Thursday November 28 to Saturday November 30. Regularly scheduled classes will resume on Monday December 2, 2024. Please note make up tip testing will that that following Monday. Thank you!
HOLIDAY BREAK END OF DEC TO EARLY JAN

TMAFC will be closed for it's Holiday break from Monday December 23, 2024 to Sunday January 5, 2025. Classes resume for the new year on Monday January 6, 2025! Enjoy the Holiday Season!!
KIDS HOLIDAY MOVIE NIGHT

We will be holding our Kid's Holiday Movie Night Party on Friday, December 20, 2024. Students are allowed to invite friends, siblings, and cousins to join for our celebration. $30 per child to sign up.
TMAFC COLOR BELT TESTING
Thursday January 30, 2025
Belt Testing is Thursday January 30, 2025. All Belt test forms are due the Monday Before Belt testing. Any forms after that Monday will be charged a late fee. Junior Testing will be 4:30pm and Adult testing will be 6:30pm. Please arrive NO LATER than 15 minutes before scheduled testing.
